Agreement
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Pixama websites, mobile apps, web apps, streaming features, checkout flows, and related services. By using Pixama, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use Pixama for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Pixama is not intended for children under 13. You may use Pixama only if you can form a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Subscriptions And Billing
Pixama may offer free and paid plans. Plan features, prices, billing periods, promotions, and availability may change over time. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled unless the checkout flow says otherwise.
Billing is handled by Pixama, an app store, or another payment provider depending on where you subscribe. Refunds, cancellations, and renewal settings may be subject to the rules of that provider and any terms shown at checkout.
Content And Access
Pixama provides access to short-form movie cuts, trailers, artwork, metadata, and related materials for personal, non-commercial viewing. Content may be available only in certain countries, during certain rights windows, on certain plans, or on supported devices.
Unless a Pixama feature expressly allows it, you may not download, copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from Pixama content.
We may add, remove, pause, update, or limit content and features at any time, including to comply with rights, technical, safety, or legal requirements.
Partner Links
Pixama may link to third-party services where you can watch or purchase full films. Those services are not controlled by Pixama. Their own terms, privacy policies, prices, subscriptions, availability rules, and support processes apply.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Pixama unlawfully or infringe the rights of others;
- share, sell, or transfer your account without permission;
- circumvent access controls, territorial restrictions, security, or payment systems;
- copy, redistribute, or publicly display Pixama content without authorization;
- interfere with service operation, rate limits, networks, or infrastructure;
- upload malware, probe systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
Ownership And Feedback
Pixama, its logos, software, interfaces, and service design are owned by Pixama or its licensors. Movies, clips, artwork, and other media remain owned by their applicable rights holders.
If you send ideas or feedback, you allow Pixama to use them without restriction or compensation, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Service Changes And Termination
You may stop using Pixama at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Pixama or others, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that could cause harm.
Pixama is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pixama disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes And Contact
We may update these Terms as Pixama changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method. Continued use of Pixama after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
