Agreement
By using Pixama, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Pixama for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Subscriptions
Pixama offers free and paid plans. Prices, billing periods, included features, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled unless the checkout or app-store terms say otherwise. Web subscriptions can be managed through Stripe where available. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed through the relevant app store.
EU consumer rights
For users in Spain, Sweden, and other EEA countries, mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. For distance contracts, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content or digital services supplied immediately, that right may be lost once performance begins if you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. If digital content or services are faulty, you may have legal remedies under applicable EU and national law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
Content availability
Pixama launches country by country. Movies, subtitles, linked service links, ads, plans, prices, and playback may vary by country, language, rights window, subscription plan, device, and technical availability. We may remove or change content when rights, legal, safety, or operational reasons require it.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with security, abuse support or billing systems, share credentials, or use Pixama unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Pixama software, interface design, logos, curation, metadata, artwork created by Pixama, and service branding are owned by Pixama or its licensors. Movies and third-party materials remain owned by their applicable rights holders.
Linked services
Pixama may link to third-party services where you can watch a full film. Those services are not controlled by Pixama and are governed by their own terms, prices, availability, and privacy policies.
Changes
We may update Pixama or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires a different process.
